Plus, to ensure everything is just right, we provide a design proof for your approval prior to crafting your shirts.

Sizing Details
Our collection primarily features adult unisex sizes for all shirts and sweatshirts. Should you require a different size, don't hesitate to inform us. Care Instructions
Our clothing is designed for hassle-free maintenance. To keep your items looking their best, we recommend machine washing in cold water (maximum 30°C or 90°F). If needed, use non-chlorine bleach. After washing, tumble dry on a low heat setting or hang-air-dry (our preferred method). Always refer to the specific care instructions provided with each item to ensure the best results.

Shipping
Please note that delivery dates provided are only estimates and cannot be guaranteed. ClutchCloth is not liable for any delays in shipment once the item has been dispatched. If you need expedited shipping, make sure to request this before finalizing your order. Keep in mind that expedited shipping options are not available for all items.

Our responsibility for your order is fulfilled once the tracking information indicates the item as delivered. If the tracking shows your item as delivered but you haven't received it, we recommend contacting your local postal service for further assistance. Returns/Refunds/Exchanges
Our policy is designed to ensure transparency and fairness:

  • Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of receipt with a photo documenting the issue. We will work with you to resolve the matter quickly.
  • Made-to-Order Products: As our products are custom-made to order, refunds or exchanges cannot be provided for sizing issues or changes of mind. We strongly encourage customers to consult the size chart available in each listing to ensure the best fit.
  • Resolution Process: While refunds are limited to manufacturing defects, we are committed to working with customers to find a resolution. This may include coordinating with our printing and shipping partner to address the concern.
