Refunds and Returns Policy

At ClutchCloth, each product is made-to-order in partnership with Printify. This ensures every item is custom-crafted to your specifications. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for issues such as incorrect size, color, or a change of mind.

Damages and Manufacturing Issues

We take great care to ensure that your order is produced to the highest standards. Upon receiving your order, we ask that you inspect it immediately. If you identify any defects, damage, or issues such as incorrect prints or faulty stitching, please contact us within 30 days of delivery to qualify for a replacement or refund.

To initiate a claim, please provide:

  • Clear photos of the issue.
  • Your order details.

Inspection and Return Shipping

In cases where a return is necessary to inspect for a manufacturing defect:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • If a manufacturing fault is confirmed, we will reimburse return shipping costs and process a refund or replacement.
  • If no manufacturing defect is found, the item will not qualify for a return, and return shipping costs will not be reimbursed.

Print-on-Demand Products

Returns or exchanges are not accepted for dissatisfaction with size, material, or other intended characteristics of the product. Our products include:

  • Gildan 64000 Shirts: Lightweight fabric (153 gsm) made from 100% ring-spun cotton for year-round comfort.
  • Bella+Canvas 3001 Shirts: Ultra-lightweight fabric (142 gsm) made from high-quality cotton, designed for a soft and airy feel.
  • Gildan 18500 Hoodies and Gildan 18000 Sweatshirts: Standard midweight fabric (271 gsm), providing versatile and durable warmth suitable for year-round wear.
  • Custom ClutchCloth Shirts: Heavyweight fabric (235 gsm) made from 100% high-quality cotton. Designed for everyday use with a dense, premium feel that balances durability and comfort.

We strongly encourage customers to review size charts and product details before placing their order.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for the following items:

  • Custom products (e.g., personalized designs or special orders).
  • Perishable goods, personal care items, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids/gases.
  • Sale items and gift cards.

Exchanges

For the fastest resolution, we recommend returning any item that qualifies under our return policy and placing a new order for the item you need.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Customers in the European Union are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period under EU regulations. Orders may be canceled or returned within 14 days for any reason, provided the product is in its original condition, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the outcome of your claim.

  • If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • If more than 15 business days pass after refund approval and you have not received your refund, please contact us.

Delivery Issues

For unsuccessful deliveries, customers may opt for:

  • A replacement (subject to additional shipping charges).
  • A partial refund.

Direct-to-Garment (DTG) Tolerance

Please note that for DTG products, a print placement tolerance of up to 0.5 inches is considered acceptable and does not qualify as a defect.
